Employees, partners, members of the board and volunteers of your organization can complete their expense reports using either the web connection (top right link) or the Advataxes App or both. They only need to download the Advataxes App from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. First your organization has to complete the configuration questionnaire.

Advataxes is an app for both expenses and allowances that are reimbursed by an organization to its employees, partners, members of the board and volunteers. App functionalities include:
- GST/HST/QST calculator for taxes paid and claimed
- Distance calculator between two addresses or points of interest in North America
- OCR to prepopulate fields based on a receipt
- Automatic conversion of USD, EUR, GBP, CNY, HKD, INR, JPY and MXN to CAD
- Take a picture of your receipts and import them
- Create a single PDF from a multi page receipt such as a hotel bill
- Employees can send their expense report to their approver
- Employees can view historical expense reports and receipts
- Their approver can approve expense reports
